We provide consulting services that are affordable and practical, and owners can decide, using our information, on the best way to achieve their objective in the preparation of their projects.  A consulting fee is well worth the effort to prevent wasting resources on unnecessary expenses. 

Jamaica has many challenging building sites due to the rugged topography, and require not only creativity, but an understanding of the technicalities of building on hillsides.  Very often, this part of the design is underestimated and ends up costing owners money better spent on their buildings.  A few consulting sessions can help owners to understand the risks and benefits of their proposed design.
